Peaks of Otter Lodge sits directly on the Blue Ridge Parkway, surrounded by 80 acres of forest and centered on Abbott Lake. The property has connections to prominent historical figures, including Thomas Jefferson. All rooms in Buildings 1 and 2 overlook the lake and the surrounding peaks, with balconies or patios for each guest.
